Improving Accessibility of High Quality Food Processing
Food processing has the potential to solve some of the world's most challenging problems related to food security, environmental sustainability, and economic opportunity. We've worked to create the right toolbox to allow our customers and partners to identify their area of greatest potential impact and we help them to build toward that impact with our suite of processing solutions. We've scaled down our high quality processing equipment to allow entry to aseptic processing for small, entrepreneurial brands, companies looking to rapidly prototype product concepts, and those looking for outlets for unused crops. Our turn-key food processing units are designed to enable our partners in regions with less developed food processing infrastructure. We focus on products that require shelf stability, quality, and nutrient retention, with fewer additives. We've developed all of our solutions with health and nutrition, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in mind.
Health and Nutrition
We've developed our technologies ultimately to provide improved nutrition to more people for a healthier population. Our thermal processing systems retain the valuable nutrition that is naturally found in our food supply so that less fortification is necessary. Products processed on our systems normally retain 90-100% of their key micronutrients.

Sustainability
We approach sustainability in two main ways: 1. Upcycling of Food Waste
Our systems use electric forms of energy to enable a move to more sustainable, renewable energy sources and away from fossil fuel based steam systems that typically power food processing. |
Entrepreneurship
We've intentionally re-thought our systems to provide high quality aseptic processing solutions for groups that often lack access. We've right-sized our systems to provide shelf stability and food safety while retaining food quality to a broad range of companies. We provide pathways for small, entrepreneurial companies and smallholder farmers to launch products.
